Classic Greek Salad (Gluten-free)

Greek salad as the name suggests originated in Greece and is typically made using feta cheese which is one of my favourite food ingredients. Serve it cold and it's robust flavours will tempt you to make it repeatedly.  I love feta cheese and as you all know I post a lot of recipes using feta. Oats, salads, sandwiches, wraps - I add feta to pretty much everything. Its tangy and makes dishes come alive!

Packet of feta cheese (Almarai brand) once opened will stay in fridge for almost a week or even longer sometimes. Make sure to drain off all the water.

Try making hummus pizza with feta and experience the magic yourself. Don't be surprised to hear hummus pizza...it tastes phenomenal!

I think I have spoken enough about feta in this post. Let's start talking about the recipe of this salad! Well it's really simple and involves very few ingredients. Key is to find the freshest of ingredients and get that bold flavours.
